In 2010, my father got a severe stroke unexpectedly, while staying in the country house gardening. It was his favorite place to relax and enjoy nature, he called it "his work of art" but suddenly that day turned to be different.
When I got the news about my father, I was attending a bank meeting in the City of San Francisco. I was in shock about my father's incident, and the only thing I wanted at that moment, is to be with my loving father.
It was a life changing experience for my whole family and for myself. We had to deal with many emotions, and it was so difficult seen my dad reach a point of needing around the clock, once when he was the one who had provided for his family for all these years.
It became obvious at that moment, that my father will need help in order to come home and stay in it. So, my family and I had to make decisions on finding someone to help us with all this tragedy. We were very overwhelmed with the whole process, trying to search for a good, reliable, compassionate senior care service, mainly searching for that "Peace of Mind" that every family needs in a time of need.
Finally, we were able to find the right person to assist with my dad's health and recovery stage, taking into consideration my mother's well-being.
I know at first hand; how desperate anyone can be in this situation and how important "Peace of Mind" is for everyone involved.
I always believed that everyone has a main purpose in this life, and I kept thinking about my father and how difficult it was putting all the right people to help out in a time of need.
After a lot of thinking and praying, I decided it was time to put my years of experience, talents and skills to work doing something that will impact people's quality of life and making a difference on others in the community.
In 2014, I was able to launched & operated Pacific Senior Care Services, helping seniors and putting my company as a resource to provide the right choices with many services for the senior community.
The word "Pacific" means peaceful, preserving peace, tranquil.... This is our commitment to you, creating peace of mind, bringing comfort and joy to the families and loved ones.

Kelly Gonzales - Founder/Chief Executive Officer
Meet Ms. Kelly Gonzales, the Founder, CEO and Executive Director of Pacific Senior Care Services LLC in California. She has over 26 years of experience in the financial and insurance industry, Ms. Kelly Gonzales brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her work. She graduated from Columbia College with an associate's degree in tourism and commercial aviation in 1989 and later earned her Associate's of Science in cosmetology and general business management in the San Francisco Bay Area in 1992. To further enhance her skills, she pursued a Bachelor of Science and CFP designations in financial planning at The American College of Financial Services, ensuring she remains sharpening her skills.
Ms. Kelly Gonzales embarked on her professional journey in 2014 within the senior and healthcare sector, founding Pacific Senior Care Services. This agency specializes in elderly care planning and placement, dedicated to providing compassionate support for families in need. With a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for seniors, Ms. Kelly Gonzales has made a significant impact in her field. Her expertise and passion drive the mission of Pacific Senior Care Services.
Since launching Pacific Senior Care Services in 2014, she has made significant contributions to the senior and healthcare industry, earning accolades for her work and expertise in training marketing coordinators from assisted living facilities across Northen and Southern California. Under her leadership, Pacific Senior Care Services has been recognized with numerous awards for excellence in senior care, including the prestigious Best Senior Care Organization Awards from 2015 to 2024.
Ms. Kelly Gonzales is a seasoned professional extensive experience in the financial services and healthcare sectors. With background as a former Regional Manager for a home health company in Northern California and a Marketing Director for a senior living community in the San Francisco Bay area, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as an Insurance and Financial Planner, a position she has held since 2004. Additionally, Kelly served as the Vice President and Bank General Manager in San Francisco from 2004 to 2012, further enhancing her expertise in management and client relations. Her diverse background equips her to provide exceptional service for her clients in the senior care services.
Ms. Kelly Gonzales, the Founder and Broker of National Gonzales Insurance in San Francisco, CA, has been dedicated to enhancing senior services since partnering with a marketing insurance company in 2021. In 2022, she expanded her reach by opening a second branch of Pacific Senior Care Services LLC in Foster City-San Mateo, providing comprehensive support in both locations. A member of the National Care Planning Council since 2014, Kelly is bilingual in English and Spanish, ensuring accessibility for diverse clients. In 2024, she was selected by the National Planning Council to establish the San Francisco Bay Elder Planning group, further advancing her commitment to elder care in the Bay Area.
In early 2025, she decided to expand into the Sacramento area, providing services to elders in California's Capital City.
