- After completing the aging assessment intake tool, we provide you personalized recommendations tailored to your specific situation, ensuring we understand every detail about you, helping you navigate your unique journey with care and expertise.
- We prioritize listening and understanding your current situation, including your lifestyle, activity level, as well as your physical health, self-care abilities and mental state. Our key concerns include: Have you gone in any significant changes in the past year? What matter most to you and your family? Tell me little bit about yourself hobbies, and leisure activities? Can we provide additional services to assist you?
- We also inquire about your location preferences as many families like to be near their loved ones, and we would be pleased to offer you a location that provides proximity and peace of mind. Our network is comprising of hundreds of senior communities and assisted living facilities, memory care and hospice facilities, which we built relationships with over the years, allowing us to become familiar with them.

Programs that Pay for Care
Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) Program
The Assisted Living Waiver (ALW) is a Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) waiver that was created by legislation that directed the California Department of Health Care Services (DHCS) to develop and implement the program to test the efficacy of assisted living as a Medi-Cal benefit.)ALW is limited to individuals eligible for Medi-Cal, without a Medi-Cal share of cost, who require a nursing facility level of care and wish to live in a residential care setting or in publicly funded senior and/or disabled housing
Long Term Care Insurance
Long-term care insurance is designed to bridge the gap and cover costs health insurance won't.
This insurance policy helps cover the costs of that care when you have a chronic medical condition, disability or disorder such as Alzheimer’s disease. Most policies will reimburse you for care given in a variety of places, such as:
